How much is delivery?
Shipping is always free for our customers worldwide regardless of order quantity.
Do you deliver to any country?
We deliver to all countries and the delivery charge will be worked out dependant on where the item is being shipped to. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
Can I track my item?
Because we include shipping for free with your order, tracking is normally not included with Canada Post, as your mail will be delivered by your countries local post. We normally never see shipping times over 1-2 weeks for our products to arrive. If you encounter any problem, please contact us and our team will immediately assist you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on where the item is being delivered we aim to pack all orders within 24 hours, shipped same day or following business day. We normally never encounter shipping times over 2 weeks. If this happens to be the case, please contact us right away.
How will my order be delivered?
We send items using Canada Post and USPS, and they will arrive via your countries local post.
Do you gift wrap items?
We don't offer gift wrapping, but your items will be padded and wrapped in a custom bubble envelope.
Some of the items from my order are missing?
Because we only have minimal product releases, we rarely ever miss items in your order. If you encounter any issues with missing items, please contact us right away and document your case by taking a photo of your package.
Is it safe to make a payment online?
Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption protection to protect your details and security checks are made on all payments to ensure the authenticity of each transaction this service is provided by Shopify. We also use Paypal for your convenience.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and PayPal for payments online, this includes Visa debit and Mastercard debit, JCB and discover.

No, we do not store any credit card information, once you have completed your payment, your credit card information is automatically deleted.
When will the money leave my account?
Due to the nature of card payments the card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.

If an item is sold out will you be getting more stock in?
Due to the limited nature of the items on this website it is not always possible to re-stock sold out items however please contact us by email as it is sometimes possible to re-order items.
